G is for Gingerbread!

Gingerbread has been the theme is Mrs. Beachler's room during the month of December. We have done many activities that had to do with gingerbread. Our Christmas tree ornaments were shaped like gingerbread men and women or gingerbread houses! We have read many versions of the story The Gingerbread Man and made graphic organizers to help us remember details from each book. We made gingerbread people in art; learned about ordinal numbers in a gingerbread math book and made tasty treats to culminate our theme. We certainly enjoyed learning about this yummy cookie!
