Red Ribbon Week
Kindergarten students learned all about being " Drug Free" during the week of October 22 - 26. The Energizers group from the High School gave a presentation to our class and told us how important it was to lead a drug free life. They taught us a new chant and gave us a candy treat. We are working in coloring books distributed by the Elks. We plan to enter one of our pictures in a coloring contest. We were given red ribbons to wear throughout the week. The PTA presented us with stickers and brought McGruff and Scruff to our schools to tell us the importance of being safe and being drug free. Each day we celebrated in a new way.
