The best three months of my life were when I spent the
summer as a camp counselor at
Carol Joy Holling in Ashland, NE. I feel that spending 24 hours a day with children between the ages
of 5 and 16 in the great outdoors helped me learn a lot about the kind of teacher I wanted
to be. We spent days together studying the Bible, playing games, swimming, hiking
and singing. Yes, this is where I learned how to play the guitar. Below is a
