All of the first graders had a fantastic time on the Polar Express!  Our whole day centered around the classic book The Polar Express written by Chris Van Allsburg.  We read the book, graphed some Polar Express items, read some poetry, drank some yummy hot chocolate, ate some delicious cookies, and we all decided we could hear Santa's bell, so we each received a bell to listen to.  Can you hear the bell?  We ended our day by watching The Polar Express movie.
