SENIOR OCTOBER
"TO DO" LIST
1. Spend 10-30 hours on ACT prep program. Thirty hours on computer programs will make a BIG difference.
2. Discuss plans with counselor.
3. Meet with at least three (3) admission counselors in the guidance office. Get information about what the college has to offer.
4. Visit your final college choices including head of department and meet with counselor to discuss your findings. COORDINATE THIS THROUGH THE COUNSELING OFFICE. You are allowed two college visits. These absences will be treated like a school activity.
5. Talk with college students in your possible field of study. Be careful of this information. Know your source.
6. Go on-line to access brochures or applications from colleges that you have chosen.
